PAX Canteen started with a simple idea: to share our love for great street food with the world.
We’re Marilena and Martin – a couple with a shared passion for bold flavors, creative cooking, and good vibes. With years of hands-on experience in the street food scene, we launched PAX Canteen in 2021, right in the heart of London, with one goal: to serve food that makes people happy.
From day one, our focus has been on quality, flavor, and personality. That’s why everything we serve is made with care, using fresh ingredients and our own recipes. Over time, our Double Smash Burger and Chicken Box have become true fan favorites – and it’s easy to see (and taste) why.
